This handmade Weighted Blanket designed for hot sleepers with technology that transports moisture away from the body to you cool and dry on hot nights.  The blankets are are divided into rows of 5 inch squares to guarantee distributed bead weight. Each blanket features high quality industrial strength thread and rows of 5 inch squares to guarantee distributed bead weight. Each seam is double stitched at the beginning and the end. The beads are double locked around the exterior of the blanket, to ensure durability so your blanket will last for years. The sizing is perfect for individual use, with larger blankets like a Queen or King size, the weight is wasted on the bed instead of the person receiving the benefit. Also, the size of the blankets make them easier to handle.

It’s recommended that a weighted blanket be approximately 10% of your body weight to acquire the optimal effect. (If you weigh less than 150 lbs these blankets are not recommended)

• COOLMAX® weighted blankets are about the size of a Full blanket.
• When you receive your weighted blanket, you may find blue chalk lines along the seams. These are drawn on during the sewing process to ensure straight sewing lines. The lines will disappear after the first wash. An initial wash is recommended, removing any packaging debris and making the blanket brand-new just for you.

 PRO TIP: Put the excess length of the blanket toward the middle of the bed so you can get out of bed without fighting with your blanket (we've learned this the hard way)
